The theater was built in 1913 according to the physical criteria of the time and then classified in the Historical Monuments in 1954, it is advised to people of big size (+ of 1.80 m) or of large size, to avoid to choose a placement at the following ranks:
1st Balcony
Row N entire
Rows Q, R, S, T center
Row S sideways
2nd Balcony Row V entire
The renovation of the seats changed some of the original provisions as well as their categories.
An additional row AA, 21 seats, may be added or removed, in front of the row A of the orchestra, on certain events, according to the technical requirements requested
Reduced mobility: on each performance, 6 seats are reserved to accommodate spectators with reduced mobility. Due to the specific configuration of the theatre, it is essential to inform the theater of your arrival at the time of booking by phone by calling 01.49.52.50.50. A host will be on hand to welcome you and seat you.
Only theatregoers with a valid event ticket is admitted to the auditorium.
Each ticket entitles the holder to one seat.
The auditorium doors close at the very beginning of the performance.
Latecomers will be admitted to the auditorium only during the interval, if there is one.
It is absolutely forbidden to take photographs, film or record all or part of the event and to eat and/or drink in the auditorium.
Children under the age of 3 are not permitted to enter the auditorium except for events specifically designed for them.
ATTENTION For security reasons and as part of the Vigipirate plan, suitcases, travel bags and instrument cases are not allowed in the Theater.
The Théâtre des Champs-Elysées reserves the right to change programs, artists and casts during the season.
If a performance is cancelled, the cost of the ticket will be refunded, at the ticket holder's request, on receipt of the ticket(s) for the cancelled performance up to one year from the performance. The ticket holder may also be offered the choice of transferring the ticket to another event for the same cost or a higher cost than the cancelled ticket.
If the event has to be interrupted over halfway through, the ticket will not be refunded.
Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged – All purchases are definitive.
We advise you to use our E-ticket exchange, which allows spectators to sell their tickets to others.
Tickets
>A €2 booking fee is added to the price of each ticket.
> Free for subscribers and patrons, for holders of the Solo or Duo Liberty Card and all performances at a single rate
Print e-tickets via your Personal Space throughout the season, or download them onto your smartphone.
> As of Thursday September 7, 2023, 5th category tickets for 2023-2024 season with very reduced visibility go on sale
Subscription
> A €8 service charge is added to the total cost of each subscription.
Exchange of performances possible up to two times during the season

Under Article L 121-17 and L 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for distance purchases of live entertainment tickets.
Liberty Cards
> A €5 service charge is added
> A €2 booking fee is added to the price of each ticket.
> For reservations of more than 5 tickets, the fee is €10
(No booking fee for subscribers, Patrons, CDM, Young Audience, Liberty Cards, Une Petite Flûte)
Any order not settled within 72 hours will be automatically canceled.
In the hour before a performance, ticket sales for that performance TAKE PRIORITY.
6th category seats – NO VISIBILITY – are on sale one hour before the performance from the box office only.

Bookings made from outside France, E PRINT or or COLLECTED IN PERSON on the day of the chosen performance from the Control desk (2nd foyer) of the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées 30 minutes before the performance.
Tickets are sent by ordinary (i.e. unregistered) post. Any change of postal address should be notified to the Public Relations Department. The Théâtre des Champs-Elysées shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or delay in the delivery of tickets.
Please check that you have received your tickets before the performance. No complaints shall be accepted after the date of the performance.
Tickets can be:
> COLLECTED in person on the day of the chosen performance, from the Control desk (2nd foyer) of the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, 30 minutes before the performance.
> PRINTED from your own personal
> DOWNLOADED on your mobile phone.
Tickets may not be returned, refunded (even in the event of loss or theft), exchanged or resold - except on the official e-ticket exchange of the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées opened on the website.
The Théâtre des Champs-Elysées official E-Ticket exchange is a resale service but not a resale insurance. Thus, the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées can not in any way guarantee that the tickets put on resale on the official ticket market, will be.
Any sale, resale or exchange of tickets beyond their initial value is strictly prohibited under pain of sanctions set out in the French Criminal Code (Law of 27 June 1919).
Duplicates: no duplicate tickets will be issued without first contacting the Public Relations Department and obtaining its approval, and only for sales that are placed and identified by name. In this case, duplicates must be picked up at the control desk in the main hall of the Theatre 30 minutes before the performance.

For any delay, the postmark will be taken as proof.

For all tickets for shows not produced by the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées apply.
