How to proceed?

You finally won’t be able to see the performance you booked online for? Try to resell your e-ticket(s) on Théâtre des Champs-Elysées official e-ticket exchange.

Go to your PERSONNAL ACCOUNT
SELECT the performance you need to resell by going to E-TICKET RESALE
Indicate a PRICE which couldn’t be higher than the price you paid.
CONFIRM the SALE of the ticket(s)

As soon as someone buys your e-ticket(s) on our E-Tickets Exchange plateform, you will receive a message and a secure payment on your account will be done in return.

Just a reminder : the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées can not guarantee that the resale will be successful.
NB : Only E-tickets with full price and subscription rates, Carte Liberté & Sunday Mornings Concerts can be put back for sale. A ticket can not be sold several times.
